If you haven’t discovered Animal Planet’s new series Petfinder yet, wait ‘till you see what you’ve been missing. Easily one of our favorite pet shows to-date, co-hosts, Jarod Miller and Dina Zaphiris battle feuding families with hilarity as they all work to find the perfect pet to fit into their busy lives. This show is a winner for all ages, be sure to TiVo it. We loved the ‘family friendly’ nature of the show and we’re always keen to push anything that promotes the adoption of abandoned animals. The show premise was taken from Animal Planet’s online sensation petfinder.com. Founded in 1996, the site is considered the largest searchable database of adoptable pets on the web. It boasts more than 11 million adoptions in 11 years. Impressive. Check out the website for show time listings.
